Technologies

Carbon frames are made using the Tube2Tube  technology from high quality.DEMA carbon frames are not only firm and strong but also comfortable.

Tube2Tube is a carbon frame tubes joining technology. Each tube is made individually and connected by carbon fiber. This providing the advantage of a direct, uninterrupted connection.

This technology provides perfectly smooth inner tube surfaces void of redundant connecting materials, thus optimizing required tube properties and decreasing the weight of individual tubes as well as the entire frame.

The advantage of a tapered headtube is that it allows for greater bearing surface and stiffness of a 1.5“ steerer and lower bearing surface while reducing weight and allowing the use of conventional 1 1/8“ threadless stems.

Benefits of inner cable routing are not only more elegant design, but also protection of cabling from dirt, what leads to more reliable functionality, especially in muddy conditions.

Carbon frame endings not only ensure a better connection between chain stays and saddle stays but also weigh less in comparison to duralumin endings used mainly in cheap carbon frames.

The technology of eccentrically shaped chain stays is used in full-suspension DEMA frames in which the right chain stay is placed lower than the left one.

Pri systéme prepákovaného jednočapového zavesenia je zadná stavba spojená s tlmičom cez ďalšie vahadlo, čím je dosiahnutý progresívnejší priebeh chodu zadného odpruženia.

BB-92 je otvorený štandard nezávitového stredového zloženia, ktorý prináša výhody v podobe vyššej pevnosti v stredovej oblasti rámu, dlhšej životnosti oversize ložísk a zníženiu hmotnosti.
