This threaded bottom bracket technology is used in both carbon and duralumin frames. All DEMA frames using this technology feature a 68 mm wide bottom bracket housing with a BSA thread (1.370 x 24 tpi), also referred to as an “English” thread.

The advantage of a tapered headtube is that it allows for greater bearing surface and stiffness of a 1.5“ steerer and lower bearing surface while reducing weight and allowing the use of conventional 1 1/8“ threadless stems.
Tube2Tube is a carbon frame tubes joining technology. Each tube is made individually and connected by carbon fiber. This providing the advantage of a direct, uninterrupted connection.
