This technology provides perfectly smooth inner tube surfaces void of redundant connecting materials, thus optimizing required tube properties and decreasing the weight of individual tubes as well as that of the entire frame.
This technology offers the possibility to use heat processed 3D frame endings with interesting shapes. Their advantage, compared to milled endings, is the increased strength of the material.
An aluminum alloy containing Mg2S silicides as its main additive is referred to as Alloy 6061. Class 6000 alloys are highly workable, weldable, and machinable.
AL7005 is aluminum alloyed with zinc, which – along with a smaller percentage of magnesium – is material in producing one of the strongest heat-treated aluminum alloys with high tensile strength and resistance to corrosion.
The open standard of the non-threaded bottom bracket of the BB-30 brings advantages as improved strength of this part of the frame, higher durability of the oversized sockets and decreased weight of cranks.
Carbon frame endings not only ensure a better connection between chain stays and saddle stays but also weigh less in comparison to duralumin endings used mainly in cheap carbon frames.
Carbon frames are made using the Tube2Tube technology from high quality.DEMA carbon frames are not only firm and strong but also comfortable.
Cr-Mo is steel alloyed with chrome and molybdenum. Alloying elements in steel provide increased strength at a lower weight.. Frames made from this material are strong, durable, and relatively light.
The technology of eccentrically shaped chain stays is used in full-suspension DEMA frames in which the right chain stay is placed lower than the left one.
Four-bar rear wheel suspension with a bar above the rear wheel axle in full-suspension DEMA bicycles with either carbon or aluminum alloy frames.
Increased efficiency in the transfer of energy to the rear wheel is referred to as HP-C. This technology has been incorporated into the elaborate rear construction of all DEMA carbon frames.
Benefits of inner cable routing are not only more elegant design, but also protection of cabling from dirt, what leads to more reliable functionality, especially in muddy conditions.
This technology provides perfectly smooth inner tube surfaces void of redundant connecting materials, thus optimizing required tube properties and decreasing the weight of individual tubes as well as the entire frame.
This threaded bottom bracket technology is used in both carbon and duralumin frames. All DEMA frames using this technology feature a 68 mm wide bottom bracket housing with a BSA thread (1.370 x 24 tpi)
The advantage of a tapered headtube is that it allows for greater bearing surface and stiffness of a 1.5“ steerer and lower bearing surface while reducing weight and allowing the use of conventional 1 1/8“ threadless stems.
Tube2Tube is a carbon frame tubes joining technology. Each tube is made individually and connected by carbon fiber. This providing the advantage of a direct, uninterrupted connection.
